Carbohydrates are the source of energy for our body to perform daily activities eg rice, bread, wheat, etc.. Fat is similar to carbohydrates as an energy source that functions in metabolism. for example, nuts, olive oil. Fiber functioning body improving digestion, fiber also found in many fruits and vegetables .. Minerals are natural compounds formed or essential geological processes. calcium, potassium, iron, phosphorous are some examples. Therefore, a healthy diet should contain nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, fiber and a good balance is consumed by the body.
